Private Swim Coaching

Perfect for:

  • Advanced swimmers who are looking for a technical tune up to complement their weekly training schedule.
  • Beginning swimmers who need the undivided attention of a coach.
  • Intermediate swimmers wanting to improve technique, build strength, or fine tune pacing.

Private coaching sessions are available from October to May, as 30min sessions, scheduled once per week.  Session packages are available as: 4 x 30min ($110) or 10 x 30min ($260), does not include pool admission.

Sessions are available in Vernon BC.  To improve swimming, it is recommended that you swim a minimum of three times per week, with at least 1 of those swims coached, and two swims as practice on your own.   A higher frequency will result in a higher chance of success.
