Private Swim Coaching

Perfect for:

  • Advanced swimmers who are looking for a technical tune up to complement their weekly training schedule.
  • Beginning swimmers who need the undivided attention of a coach.
  • Intermediate swimmers wanting to improve technique, build strength, or fine tune pacing.

Private swim coaching sessions are available from Thanksgiving to Spring Break each winter season.   Athletes interseted in ongoing coaching are invited to express interest in monthly coaching and in group progrms.

Sessions are available in Vernon BC.  To improve swimming, it is recommended that you swim a minimum of three times per week, with 1 of those swims coached, and two swims as practice on your own.   A higher frequency will result in a higher chance of success.
